Become a Partner

Effective Date: July 18, 2026

This Partner Agreement ("Agreement") is between HTMLGuy LLC ("PiggySize," "we," "us," or "our") and you ("Partner," or "you"). By signing up as a PiggySize Partner, you agree to the following terms:

1. Partner Benefits

• Recurring Commission: You will earn $2.00 USD per month for each user who signed up through your unique partner link and maintains an active Pro Plan subscription. This means you earn $2.00 monthly per paying referral.
• In Perpetuity: Payouts for a specific referral will continue for as long as that referred user maintains an active, paid Pro Plan subscription, subject to the termination clauses in this Agreement.
• Modifications: We reserve the right to change the commission amount, payout structure (e.g., switching to one-time payouts), or tiers at any time for any reason. New rates will apply to all partners made after the date of the change.

2. Payout Terms

• Minimum Payout: Payouts are made when your balance reaches at least $10.00 USD. This requires at least 5 currently active, paying Pro Plan referrals.
• Active Requirement: Referral counts strictly exclude users on Free Plans or during their initial trial period. Payouts may be paused or delayed if your active paying referral count slips below the 5-user threshold at the time of processing.
• Payment Method: Partners must maintain a valid payout method as directed by PiggySize (payouts are currently processed manually each month) to receive payouts. Failure to do so may result in delayed payments.
• Schedule: Payouts are processed monthly, within 15 days of the end of the calendar month.
• Taxes: You are responsible for all taxes on earnings. If you earn over $600 in a calendar year, you may be required to provide a Form W-9 before further payouts are issued.

3. Data Privacy & Transparency

• PII Protection: To protect our users' privacy, we redacted personally identifiable information (PII). You will see that a user has signed up (e.g., jo***@example.com), but you will not see their full email or full name unless they have explicitly authorized such disclosure.
• Tracking: We use cookies and shortcodes to track referrals. While we strive for 100% accuracy, we are not liable for tracking failures due to user settings (e.g., ad blockers, cleared cookies).

4. Liability & Termination

• General Liability: PiggySize is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Partner Program.
• Program Shutdown: We may shut down the Partner Program at any time for any reason. If the program is terminated, all future "perpetual" payments will cease immediately.
• Company Sale: In the event that PiggySize is sold or acquired, the buyer is not obligated to continue this Partner Program or honor existing "in perpetuity" payout agreements unless explicitly stated in the acquisition terms.
• Fraud: Any attempt to game the system (e.g., self-referrals, fake accounts) will result in immediate termination of your Partner account and forfeiture of all earnings.

5. Marketing Conduct

• Disclose Your Connection: Whenever you promote PiggySize, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you are a paid PiggySize Partner who earns a commission (for example, "I'm a paid PiggySize partner"). The disclosure must be easy to notice and understand, and placed where your audience will actually see it, consistent with the Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255).
• Truthful Claims Only: You may make only truthful, non-misleading statements about PiggySize, and only claims that are consistent with what PiggySize publishes on piggysize.com. Do not promise features, results, guarantees, or savings that PiggySize does not itself advertise.
• No Unsolicited Bulk Messaging: You may not send unsolicited bulk email or text messages to promote PiggySize. All email and SMS promotion must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and every other applicable law.
• Review and Correction: We may review your public promotions of PiggySize at any time, and may ask you to correct or remove any promotion that omits the disclosure above or makes a claim we do not publish. You must comply within five (5) business days of our notice. We may request written confirmation that your active promotions carry the required disclosure.
• Consequences: You are solely responsible for the content and manner of your promotions. Any violation of this section is grounds for immediate termination of your Partner account and forfeiture of unpaid earnings.
