Accessibility is part of the job, not an afterthought
Money is stressful enough without a tool that fights you. We want PiggySize to work for everyone — including people who use a keyboard instead of a mouse, a screen reader, larger text, or a browser with animations turned down. We build toward recognized web-accessibility best practices, we’re honest about where we still fall short, and if something gets in your way we want to hear about it and fix it.

Built for screen readers
Structure that assistive tech can follow
Pages use real landmarks — a main content region, labeled navigation, and a footer — so a screen reader can announce and skip between the parts of a page. Decorative icons are hidden from assistive tech so they don't add noise.

Form fields are tied to visible labels, not just placeholder text. PiggySize ships with a light and a dark theme and follows your system preference — and when your device asks for reduced motion, we tone the animations down.

Where we can do better
We’re a small US team. We test the product ourselves and fix issues as we find them, but we don’t yet run a formal, independent accessibility audit or automated accessibility testing on every release, and we haven’t certified conformance to a specific WCAG version and level. Some newer or more complex screens may not be as polished as our core flows, and third-party services we rely on (like payment and sign-in providers) are outside our direct control. We’re actively working to close these gaps — and we’d rather be honest about them than oversell.

Reach us through our contact form and start the subject with “Accessibility.” It helps to tell us the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you were using — but even a short note is welcome, and none of that is required.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within three business days. If you need information from the site in a different format while we sort out a barrier, ask and we’ll do our best to help.
